Kripalu Yoga with Diane
This inviting class is an opportunity to explore your own level of physical challenge using the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Gain energy, strength, flexibility, and inner calm, while developing the tools to weave mindfulness into your daily living. An all levels class, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Prenatal Yoga
Diane Fine offers women in any stage of pregnancy the opportunity to help ease discomforts of pregnancy while gaining strength and flexibility in a safe and dynamic way. With gentle stretching, conscious use of breath, deep relaxation, and mindfulness techniques, women can enhance the quality of their pregnancy, prepare for an empowered birth process, and learn useful skills for life. The comfortable and friendly group atmosphere leads many women to connect with one another. They share stories, tips, laughter and understanding. Many have gone on to create baby play groups that last for years. Come experience Diane Fine's skillful leadership in the art of Prenatal Yoga.

Parent and Baby Yoga
Experience the delight of practicing yoga with your baby! This unique yoga session is tailored for parents to heal from birth and to ease the aches of parenthood, while interacting with their (pre-crawling) baby.
Bring a baby blanket (to place between your baby and the studio blanket), and some baby toys.
Forrest Yoga Intensive
Forrest Yoga is known for its ability to go deep with abdominal and core muscle work. At two hours long, these intensives will give you an opportunity to deepen your practice with breathing, inversions and backbends. Poses are sequenced to safely warm up muscles, preparing your body and mind for a truly powerful practice.
Treat yourself with this challenging class. Come prepared to work hard, breathe deep, sweat and have fun.
Cost for the class is $30.
